The Winchester Business Excellence
Awards (WBEA) are managed by Winchester City Centre
Partnership Ltd. The WBEA runs a registered user
group in which we retain certain details about
users and participants. We are strict about the
way we retain and use this data and respect your
right to privacy and not to be promoted to repeatedly.
We therefore operate to the following data promise:
- We will not sell our listings to third parties
in any circumstances.
- We will always allow you to opt-in to further
e-mail notifications or information bulletins
about our service.
- We will not e-mail you unnecessarily, although
we will inform you of new products that we have
available if you opt-in to be a registered user
willing to be so contacted.
- We will allow you to see what data we hold
about you at any time if you provide us with
your user id and password. We reserve the right,
however, to verify your bona fides through further
checks in order to protect all registrant's
details.
- We will allow you to de-register at any time
on request. Simply send an e-mail to wccp_admin@wincity.uk.com
with the phrase "Remove Registration" in the
title.
- We do not keep your credit card details or
any other confidential or valuable data about
you on our servers once any purchase made through
us has been processed.
- We endeavour at all times to meet best practice
with respect to current legislation and regulations
regarding e-commerce and data protection.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected
by the above statements.
