(WCFN) Website aims to provide you with a service
that is of good quality, provides value and is
fit for purpose. We will endeavour at all times
to ensure that information and advice provided
is in good order and as accurate as we can make

under the auspices of the Winchester City Centre
Partnership provided that you opt-in to these
terms and conditions when requested to do so.
By opting in you accept and agree that we may
from time to time inform you about new and/or
additional services or offers provided by the
WCCP and/or under the auspices of the WBEA. See
our privacy statement for more details of our
use of data held by us under our "best practice"

We reserve the right to refuse further
useage by any user who we believe may intend to
misuse any information provided such as to be
in breach of, or conspire with others to be in
breach of copyright of the information we provide
within our website or in any other WBEA communications.
2) Payments: Payments for additional
services may be made by credit card, cheque or
by official purchase order from registered companies
and/or partnerships. We retain the right not to
accept purchase orders from individuals. We reserve
the right to refuse further purchase or our services
by any user whose payment card has had credit
refused by its issuer. We further reserve the
right to refuse any purchase by any user that
our advisors, agents, suppliers, bankers, and
any other party we consider to have good cause,
notify us that there is cause for doubt on payment.
We reserve the right to refuse further purchases
by any user who we believe may be in breach of,
or intends or conspires with others to be in breach
of copyright of the information we provide within
the WBEA website.
3) Disclaimer and limitation of
liabilities: In no event will Winchester City
Centre Partnership Ltd be liable for any individual,
special, incidental economic or other consequential
damages arising out of the use or inability to
use the information provided within the WCFN,
even if we have been advised of the possibility
of such damages. Winchester City Centre Partnership
Ltd expressly disclaim that any warranties or
guarantees are made with respect to the accuracy
of the information provided or its fitness for
